Envision Honored for Excellence in 2024 Diversity and Inclusion

Each year the Wichita Business Journal celebrates the people and organizations focused on making their workplaces and the entire community more inclusive places to live and work.

This year, Envision received the 2024 Diversity & Inclusion Award for our continued work to expand opportunities for employment, education and community engagement for individuals who are blind or visually impaired. In addition, Envision was recognized for our work to make Wichita a national example of how diverse talent and perspectives can enrich a city, fostering a culture of acceptance, innovation and opportunity for all through our programs like the Envision Arts Gallery, workforce development initiatives, and community partnerships.

The award winners represent a wide swath of industries and companies, including education, finance, law firms, manufacturing, and non-profits, and individuals ranging from CEOs to directors to small-business owners. All recipients have one thing in common – they all strive to celebrate and embrace the diversity of Wichita.
